The Proposal

Movie: THE PROPOSAL
Review by Kevin Xalvis (xalviss)

Cast: Sandra Bullock, Ryan Reynolds
Director: Anne Fletcher
Another Sandra Bullock film comes with the quote of “here comes a bribe”. The Proposal a Romantic comedy It's been a while since Bullock played a character this much fun to watch. Company with Ryan Reynolds for the first time brought out the best in Bullock, and it made Reynolds come across as even more charismatic than usual. Actually the story is Hollywood version of Nalathamayandhi.
Sandra Bullock plays a demanding editor who is a Canadian immigrant. When she is about to be deported back to the north, she decides to marry her assistant to prevent this from happening. The assistant, played by Ryan Reynolds, slowly agrees to this but adds another element to deal. He says she will have to come to his family home for their pre-marriage. While the two fly to Alaska to tell his family about the news, everybody has to get used to the soon to be member of the family.
I love that Expression given by Bullock while she agree to deport when she packing her things in her office Reynolds came and try his best to convince her. She replied with beautiful expression I loved it.
Over all The Proposal is for Movie goers who like their films light and fluffy.
